At Beyond Mentor, we are committed to offering honest, high-quality career guidance and mentoring for students and working professionals. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our refund and cancellation policy below.
Career Guidance Sessions
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are not eligible for any refund.
- If Beyond Mentor needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered an alternate date or a full refund.
Career Assessments & Reports
- Once a career assessment is purchased and the access link or report is generated, the fee becomes non-refundable.
- In the case of a technical issue that prevents access or completion, please email us within 48 hours of the issue at support@beyondmentor.ai .
General Terms :
- ✓All refund requests must be made in writing to support@beyondmentor.ai with relevant details.
- ✓Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- ✓Beyond Mentor reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
